We at Richards Roofing & Exteriors, Inc. feel that it is important to not be tied to one manufacturer or product. Frequently, our new customers tell us horror stories about being sold products or roofing systems that did not meet their building's needs, and therefore prematurely failed, resulting in legal disputes.

Our company's feelings are that every building's roof application is unique and deserves to be specified on an individual basis. Not every manufacturer develops products that are conducive to each application.

Being affiliated with numerous major manufacturers offering various roofing systems, Richards Roofing and Exteriors is given the opportunity to utilize their experience and knowledge to specify the right system for each application and building owner.

Among each manufacturer and roofing system, commercial warranty coverages are available from 5 to 20 years. Residential roof systems can carry warranties from 25 years up to pro-rated limited lifetime warranties.
